Daily Creates
I played around with Google’s art coloring book and gave a twist on two famous artworks. The first and third ones are my favorites because of the color contrasts.
Cats are always so indifferent to their surroundings. For example, a significant earthquake could occur, and a cat would just be lying there bored. Nothing would change except for one thing if they were in Jurassic Park. As cats think that they are the alpha and, above all other creatures, they would view the T-Rex as a good bodyguard in its quest to take its place on top of the food chain.
I’m not too fond of snickerdoodles. My favorite cookies are chocolate chips and white chocolate macadamia cookies. But I have to respect a state with an official cookie.
Remixes
The first remix was on my assignment for the first week of class: places of peace. In this remix, I chose photos of foods from my international travels and described them in the language of the country I had them in. This assignment made me miss traveling and very hungry. A bowl of Fruity Pebbles will have to suffice in place of iconic global cuisines.
For my second remix, I went with a completely new assignment. I remixed the create your room with the pretty pink remix card. I would design a room entirely in the color pink. I used to love pink as a kid. Pink was MY color. Think late 2000s Justice pink. Now, I mostly wear black and darker colors how things change. Since there were a lot of photos to break down, I won’t put them here. You’ll have to look at my blog post or on my Pinterest board.
Mashup Assignments
I wanted to use Google’s coloring book again, so I painted Roses by Vincent Van Gogh and added some romantic background music. Nothing spells romance like roses.
It wouldn’t be a weekly summary if I didn’t add some Colton cuteness! He was ready for his closeup this week when I had some apples and peanut butter (he was allowed to lick the knife, so he is a big baby for nothing). So I added some of his favorite things he would dream about.
