My brain, at this point in the semester

Daily Creates

The reoccurring joke on this daily create was that no one would know what this group was up to, I kept it going.

Since the 2000s are unfortunately making a comeback, it only makes sense that this would too.

I decided to make not one but TWO TikToks of my dog Colton. While Colton is highly photogenic, he dislikes being on video. He likes to nap all day and only moves to go on walks (which he wants to cut short most of the time), eat, drink (and then drip all over the floor), go potty, and beg for chicken and cheese in the kitchen.

I had to get creative.

I used an old video from when we first had him and added some music to it.

For the second TikTok, I used a filter on Colton and added some music to it. I think they both fit his personality.

For my next assignment, I created an honest ad for a product that doesn’t exist: Makeup for your periods. It is a miracle that this hasn’t been done already… as far as I know. So let’s face it, ladies, many of the products designed to ease the discomforts of our cycles are complete BS.

Period Makeup! Another useless promise of subdoing the demon monster we call our periods! #fyp #period #satire #parody #fakecommercial

I HATE poems. They are boring and often hard to understand. The only poet to ever capture my attention is Rupi Kaur, whose lyrics are short, straight to the point, and accompanied by a line drawing. So I decided to put a dark twist on one of her poems. Please don’t judge me. I swear I am a nice person. I was just born with a dark mind.

Classmates’ Project Ideas

I chose two of my classmate’s ideas for their final projects and gave my input on how they could go about doing them—utterly unsolicited advice.
