I was assigned seven random photo tasks to do in under twenty minutes. After clicking the generator a couple of times, because some of the prompts were impossible to do in my bedroom late at night, I found the seven that would work and interested me the most.

• Smooth, rough, dirty, or wrinkled. Make a photo of hands that tell a story.
• Represent or express something loud.
• Make a photograph that illustrates the weather where you are.
• Make a creative photo of some sort of boundary.
• A fork in the road. Casting a ballot. Buying bread. Choices abound. Take a photo of a choice.
• Black and white photographs are a classic look.
• Doors can have a lot of character, be it in the hinges, knob, or style.

Seventeen minutes later, all my photos were taken.

Make a photo of hands that tell a story.

My hands say that I am an artistic person who loves nail polish—someone who loves shiny, sparkly, and holographic things. I am also someone with a lot of anxiety who fidgets with her hands and fingers. Hence, the chipped polish.

Represent or express something loud

While these lucky cat figurines are so cute and bring me luck, this one, in particular, is also obnoxiously loud. Clank. Clank. Clank. Clank. CLANK.

Make a photo that illustrates the weather where you are

These are just one of the many pairs of slipper socks I pull out in the Winter. They are oh so cozy and so comfortable to walk in. It is about 29°F right now, so they are keeping my toes nice and toasty.

Make a creative photo of some sort of boundary.

The shower curtain is the boundary between the vulnerable person in the shower and the chaotic world outside the shower.

Take a photo of a choice.

The choice a makeup lover must make daily… which color to use?
